When will NYC businesses, schools reopen? Governor and mayor give conflicting answers

After the mayor of New York City announced schools will be closed for the rest of the academic year, the New York governor insisted that decision has not yet been made. When the call on schools is made, the governor said, it will be made in coordination with re-opening businesses and it will extend across geographic boundaries.
