This Salesforce rival just got bigger with AI acquisition

Salesforce rival Freshworks has snapped up AnsweriQ, marking its second acquisition in less than a year as the $3.5 billion unicorn grows its annual billings nearly 60%. AnsweriQ, based in Seattle with approximately 20 employees, will give the San Mateo-based Freshworks a presence in the Pacific Northwest.
