CCTV footage shows moment of Ganja attack

CCTV footage obtained by Turkish state-run TRT Haber showed the moment a large explosion hit Azerbaijan's second-largest city of Ganja. Nine people were killed, according to Azeri authorities. A Russian-brokered humanitarian ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh was under severe strain, a day after it was agreed, with Azerbaijan and Armenia accusing each other of serious violations and crimes against civilians.
