Video shows dramatic arrest by plain-clothes police officers in Portland

Video released on Twitter shows a Black Lives Matter protester in New York being taken into an unmarked van by several armed men in plain clothes. The video appears to show an arrest by plain-clothed police officers but shocked many onlookers who thought they were witnessing a kidnapping.
