Friday President Donald Trump continued to make promises to dismantle the Affordable Care Act also known as Obamacare. The President nixed subsidies to health insurers that currently favor low-income Americans when it comes to paying out-of-pocket medical expenses. Trumps plan offers no option to cover several basic types of coverage including maternity, prescription drugs and mental health.
