Airbus CEO Warns That Corruption Probe Could Lead To Significant Fines

On Friday, Airbus Chief Executive Tom Enders restated that the group could face significant fines as a result of corruption investigations by the UK and France into the use of middlemen in plane sales. In an interview with Le Monde, Enders said, "I cannot predict the outcome of this investigation but it is not impossible that the fine will be significant. We know that all this is weighing on the company but we have no alternative.
