US President Donald Trump is alarming allies and his own administration with his threat to back out of the Iran nuclear deal. The international community has argued that Iran is fulfiling its obligations under the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, known as the JCPOA. But Trump insists that Iran has not "lived up" to the spirit of the deal.
