Parts of U.S. Taking Climate Change Into Own hands

With the U.S. now leaving the Paris climate accord, states and cities are taking matters into their own hand when it comes to climate change. As of now, over 377 mayors have created a group called Climate Mayors, pledging to honor carbon emissions goals set by the Paris deal in their own US cities.
