London terror attack: Authorities arrest second suspect

British police arrested a second man in connection with the bombing of a London tube on Friday, in which at least 30 people were injured. The man, 21, was arrested in Hounslow, in outer west London, on Saturday night. "He was arrested under section 41 of the Terrorism Act and taken to a south London police station where he remains in custody," police said in a statement Sunday.
