The Nevada parole board has decided that OJ Simpson will be a free man on the streets. But according to the New York Times a possible over sight may have occurred when they failed to mention a past criminal convention that may have changed the mind f the parole board. In 1989 he pleased no contests to a misdemeanor battery of wife Nicole Brown. Unfortunately the 1989 California court has no record of the fight about a week a go ion August.
