New York Attorney General says Will Sue Over Obamacare Repeal

New York state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman intends to sue the federal government if lawmakers pass the proposed legislation to overhaul the Affordable Care Act. A group of Democrats led by Schneiderman and California Attorney General Xavier Becerra have sought to intervene in a pending lawsuit. They want defend subsidies paid to health insurers under Obamacare.
