Health Plan Hinges On The Young In America

When it comes to healthcare many young people in the U.S. seem to be playing the odds opting to go without insurance and pay the penalty, but that strategy some say could be damaging in the Republicans efforts to build a replacement for the Affordable Care Act. In order for premiums laid out in the GOP's plan insurers need young healthy enrollees to buy those plans. The current law attempts to do that by mandating that everyone get coverage.
