Police March Man to Vehicle Following Times Square Incident

A vehicle drove into pedestrians on New York City’s Time Square on May 18, killing at least one person. At least 22 people were injured, four of whom were critical, according to the city’s fire department. Paul Hudson captured this eyewitness video. This video shows the car involved in the incident and authorities marching an unidentified individual to a police vehicle. The suspect was later identified as Richard Rojas.
