It Doesn't Matter What Time You Eat--But It Does Matter When

Wochit Headline News - Friday, 19 May 2017
Is eating dinner late at night bad for you? According to dieticians who spoke to Elle Magazine, it depends on when you rise and go to sleep. Someone who gets up at five a.m. may want to eat dinner at 5 p.m. Someone who works late might be fine eating dinner at 10 p.m. The trick is to eat a light dinner 3-4 hours before bedtime, whatever time that is. Avoid foods with lots of carbs, or is heavy or greasy. Food like that may cause heartburn or disturb sleep.
