Times Square Driver: 'Police Should Have Shot Me'

A man killed a teenager and injured nearly two dozen people when he slammed his speeding car into pedestrians in Times Square Friday. According to the Associated Press, Richard Rojas said he wanted to "kill them all" and police should have shot him to stop him. The 26 year old also said he had smoked marijuana laced with PCP sometime before he plowed into frightened tourists. A criminal complaint read that Rojas "had glassy eyes, slurred speech, and was unsteady." Officials are awaiting toxicology results.
