Trump says he'll submit healthcare reforms in early or mid-March

In a press conference today, President Donald Trump said his replacement for the Affordable Care Act would be ready in early or mid-March. 'We're doing Obamacare, we're in the final stages,' said Trump. One of the promises Trump made in his campaign was to repeal and replace former president Barack Obama's signature healthcare program.
