Management And Budget Director Mick Mulvaney Confirmed
Wochit Headline News - Thursday, 16 February 2017
This is very, very good news for conservatives. Mulvaney is one of the few members of Congress who doesn’t believe in free lunches or wish casting as fiscal policy, Mulvaney represents the best hope in decades of gaining control of federal spending. Perhaps unsurprisingly he was opposed by John McCain because Mulvaney has been in favor of limiting Defense spending under the sequester. And let’s be clear, Defense is not underfunded, the problem with Defense is that personnel, operations, and maintenance accounts have been gang-raped by the orangutans on the procurement side of the equation.
