In an interview with NBC News' "Meet the Press," Georgia's Democratic Representative John Lewis stated that he does not believe Donald Trump to be a "legitimate president," citing Russian interference in last year's election. "I think the Russians participated in helping this man get elected, and they helped destroy the candidacy of Hillary Clinton," Lewis remarked. "I don't plan to attend the inauguration.
