Why Was Lt. Gen Michael Flynn Texting Russian Envoy While Obama Was Booting Out Diplomats?

Washington Post writer David Ignatius reported on Thursday that retired Lt. General Michael Flynn, had communications with Russian envoy Sergey Kislyak on the day Barack Obama expelled 35 Russian diplomats from the United States. Flynn is Donald Trump’s pick for national security adviser. The diplomats were ousted in retaliation for Russia’s alleged meddling in the 2016 election.
