ARM-based Windows 10 machines will launch in fourth quarter of 2017

The fourth quarter of 2017 will see a real change of pace in the Windows 10 PC market, when a laptop or tablet -- and maybe both -- running on Qualcomm's ARM-based Snapdragon 835 processor will be released.
