Sunny, clear skies are expected again Thursday, says the National Weather Service.

Highs will reach 45 degrees, and winds might blow as fast as 29 mph. 

It will be cloudier at night, and lows will drop to 29 degrees. Wind will blow northwest between 6 and 13 mph.
